Frequently asked questions about commercial photography

  • What is the normal post production time after a shoot?

Given the work is planned and time-tabled, Anna will advise this prior to the shoot. For electronic delivery it can be within a few days. If print and large format, specialist materials are required, this will be determined prior to the shoot. For short notice work, Anna will deliver on a best efforts basis.

  • Is there an opportunity to view proofs and make alterations?

Proofs are normally provided on line and a reasonable number of changes and enhancements are expected to optimize images.

  • Can you work with my usual printer / designer / publisher / web designer?

Yes, provided there is a single person responsible for, defining and leading the activity.

  • Where are you able to work?

Anna will normally work at the client site or chosen location for the shoot. Post production work on the images is done at Anna's office. Work with third parties involved in the end deliverable can be done remotely or on their site. Any required travel cost and time will be billed for and will be approved by the customer prior to the activity if it is outside the original contract.

  • Are my images retained for future access if required?

Yes, all images are saved in RAW format on DVD before any post production work, and finished images are stored both on DVD media and on our archive servers. They are available for access for up to a year and can be obtained beyond that time.
